Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love every piece you order from LE’ELLA. If something isn’t quite right, you may return your item within the timeframe and conditions below.

Return Eligibility

You can return an item within 14 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • All tags are attached

  • It is returned in its original packaging

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Earrings or intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)

Return Process

To start a return:

  1. Email us at info@le-ella.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will respond with return instructions and the return address.

  3. Ship the item back to us. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your safety.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or item, please return the original and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Send clear photos to info@le-ella.com, and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible.
